Menus

Menu

File menu

  • New - Create a new script project.
  • Open - Open an existing script file.
  • Close - Close the open file.
  • Save - Save the current script to the file.
  • Save As... - Save the current file under a different name or to another location.
  • Print - Print the current file of the selected elements.
  • Print Preview - Preview the file before printing it.
  • Print Setup - Change the printer and print options.
  • Exit - Exit theExeSCript. (Note: If there are files that have not been saved, the ExeScript will ask you if they should be saved.)

Edit menu

  • Undo - Undo the last command.
  • Redo - Redo the last command or action.
  • Cut - Cut the selected fragment to the clipboard.
  • Copy - Copy the selected fragment to the clipboard.
  • Paste - Paste the content of the clipboard to the cursor position (optionally replacing a selected fragment).
  • Find - Search the file for the specified text.
  • Replace - Search the document for the specified text and replace it with a different text.

View menu

  • Toolbars > Standard - Show/hide the toolbar.
  • Toolbars > Customize... - Customize the toolbar and menu commands.
  • Properties - Show/hide the project properties pane.
  • Resource View - Show/hide the project resource pane.
  • Status Bar - Show/hide the status bar.
  • Application Look - Customize the appearance of ExeScript. Change the color schemes.

Project menu

  • Run source raw/uncompiled - Run the script in the program window without conversion.
  • Build - Build a project.
  • Compile + Run - Compile and run the program.
  • Disable confirmation message - Disable information messages.

Window menu

  • New Window - Create a new window.

    NoteNote: If you have one or more open windows, a list of them will be available below this command. You can make a window active by selecting it in the Window menu.

  • Windows... - Open the dialog box for managing windows.

Help

  • Contents - Open help for ExeScript.
  • Register - Register the program after purchase. Use your unlock code for registration.
